以管理员身份运行Windows PowerShell
- Step 1 开启Windows Subsystem for Linux

> dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart |
- Step 2 开启虚拟机特性

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart |
- Step 3 下载并安装WSL 2
- Step 4 将WSL2设置成默认

完成后重新运行Debian正常
